I haven't had any problems getting on the site but I have had numerous problems trying to contact them this week about missing points. I have not been credited with points earned for four purchases in early July. Every time I try to send them an e-mail with my order confirmation (pasted in the body of the text, not an attachment) I get an e-mail from them stating that they cannot open any attachments. In the past two days, I have sent 14 different versions of the e-mails and none have been accepted. I finally tried contacting them directly through the site. If you check the Rewards Boards, you will find that others are having the same problem.
