My Points - Office Depot

Has anyone been able to place an order thru My Points for Office Depot?
I have been trying for four days and have not been successful.

If I go directly to Office Depot without going thru My Points, I do not have any trouble, it pops up immediately.

If I go into My Points and then to Office Depot, It just stops and will not go any further. I usually get and ERROR message with a white screen. I've tried for several days many, many times.

I would like to order thru My Points as they give the largest reward. I have a $400.00 order and that amounts to over $25.00 in My Points. Other sites give only 2% or 1%.

Anyone tried this lately?

I wasn't able to get into Office Depot thru MyPoints this morning either. I keep getting an error message.

I just clicked on the Office Depot box on My Points and it opened right up (7:39 am on Wed)

I was finally able to place the order. Took approximately 2 hours. (Click and wait)

But, since they divided my order into 4 parts, I now have to keep the confirmation for 30 days to get credit. In My Points it says I placed a $7.88 order when the total was over $400.

Oh well, all part of getting those valuable points!
