I just got off the phone with My Points. I purchased a Dell computer on Oct 6. The points are in earned but not available.for spending. When I called I was told that they would not be avail. until 11/27. I was trying to cash them in for a RF cert.
I also ordered a RF cert last week and inquired about that. I asked why it had 1/04/04 next to that redemption in the weekly statement. He stated that they are out of the gift cert. and may not get any in until that day. Do you think they could have emailed be this information. I told him I did not know what to do because we are heading to Disney in Dec. He said wait two weeks and if I do not receive them to call and cancel them and get my points back.
I was looking forward to two $25 gift cards now I may have none.
Very disappointed by this.
