I cannot find the link to look at the last three months of activity. It took quite a bit of manuevering on the mypoints site just to get beyond the last five transactions (is that ever helpful?). I've been watching the site at least every few days waiting for various xmas purchases to finally credit and now I don't know how I'll watch or send them emails about missing points if the last three months is gone? Is anyone else finding this problem? I'm frustrated this morning. I'm missing over 5500 points with bonus purchases and I want them!

Are you talking about the Double Points offers that My Points offered this holiday season? The bonus points there don't get posted to your account until 4-6 weeks after the promotion ends.

No, some of the emails offered nice bonus points to join/order and if the acct statement doesn't even show that I visited the site or clicked an email, how can I email them the receipt? On the "acct statement" page there used to be a box to open for previous statements and the last link was for "previous 3 months". That entire box is now missing from my page. I'm missing points from Paperback book club, Sears, Lancome, and Lillian Vernon. All total those are 5660 points.

Carla,mines not showing either,i think its just a glitch in the system, i wouldnt worry their quite reputable..It Worked a couple of days ago for me
