I posted last week about the trouble I was having with the My Points website. Although my issue hasn't been resolved, I was finally able to talk to a live person who confirmed that since the new site went up, they're running about 2-3 weeks behind on answering emails. She did give me a fax number, so I'm going to try to fax them the information.

Just FYI, I called (888) 262-4528 and asked to speak to someone in Member Services.
The fax number they gave me is (415) 615-1122.

Hope this helps any other frustrated souls! :flower:

Thanks for the info Kimber! The 2-3 week delay would explain some things. I finally got a reply to my e-mail yesterday... of course, all it said was that they were still looking into the situation. But it was still nice to get a reply :) I'm going to keep the phone number handy just in case.

Good News!!
I faxed My Points a copy of my confirmation email around 10am, and when I checked my account with them around 3:30, they had posted the points to my account!
So...the moral of the story...if you're getting frustrated, don't hesitate to call and/or fax! :teeth:

Yeah, they are probably backed up with e-mails from people like me who have not gotten their webcertificates yet!

Just wanted to add that their hours are 8:30-5:30 (doesn't say EsT,CsT,PsT)

By pressing 8 you will get member care

I tried to call this morning and no one answered. I called at 10:30.

yes, that would be Pacific. I tried calling twice today and it rang about 5 times and then it went to voice mail.

Still waiting for my WebCerts redeemed on 9/20. Waiting patiently....

This may be another option for some of you.

I recently completed a transaction on 9/20 to purchase a Dell laptop using a link from a Bonus Mail that I had received. The MyPoints Bonus Mail allowed me to earn 3,000 points for spending $567 on a laptop as opposed to the normal 2 pts per dollar.

Well...I have not been credited with the points so far....so, I figured I would drop them an e-mail about it yesterday (10/17). I did realize that the full 30 days was not up...but, I figured if they were 3 weeks behind on e-mail...I should get the e-mail out.

Much to my surprise....I received an answer today to wait until the 30 days are up and then e-mail my order confirmation, etc....to them to research the issue.

Anyway....my process for contacting / e-mailing them was this:

1. I went to the "My Account" section on the MyPoints website.

2. Clicked on the "Account Statement" button to view my account statement.

3. Scrolled down to my 9/20/05 date where it shows that I actually clicked thru the Bonus Mail.

4. Clicked on the words "Click Thru" which pops up a little box with the details of the transaction.

5. In the box, there is a link to "click here to contact Member Services". I clicked that link.

6. It brings you to a webform to fill out to contact them on that specific issue. Filled it out and clicked Submit.

All transactions...even your redemption "click-thrus" show up on that account statement. I just did the same procedure, but clicked on my WebCert redemption transaction and submitted an e-mail on that.

I'll let everyone know if I receive a quick response on this one (doubtful).

Speed :moped:

Thanks for your post, Speed :moped: !
I have two transactions that haven't posted yet and I was thinking of doing the exact thing you did! (If they're 3 weeks behind, send it now...)
*sigh* I guess I'll just have to wait out the 30 days! :badpc:

Again, thanks for your post!!
