My points activity statement is mess

This is the 3rd call today to get this straighten out . First time this has happened. MS stating that they have been issues as of late. Really??? For awhile now. So check your Activity statement. Maybe 3rd times a charm:confused:
 
Mine is always hard to read because I change things so so much! At least, right now, the points summary on my dashboard is all correct. I will have to keep an eye on it though. I am sorry that your account is not the way it should be.
 
I have the Supervisor looking into:rotfl2:and he said he call me back tomorrow. The only way I could prove to him was he had to get into my account and follow what I did. Clear the cache in my computer 4 times, so irritated. Still showing fine on their end, told him that's fine BUT I need to see it. My husband wants to sell, and I'm thinking he's right. So many things are messed up, tickets, MDE, no more Blue card now digital, the Genie, lonnnng hold times every time we call.
