) and it took us ages to get the money back - they just refunded her frojm Dh's paypal account with no quesitons asked

And we don't get people to talk to very easilt - they do it all by e-mail as far as possible. So DH won't e-bay or paypal any more.
I didn't know there was an issue with photobucket - what do they do? I once had someone divert my emails but because I get so many I found out pretty quick, but its still a nightmare.
