My one BLT complaint so far!

What is up with them not turning on the splash pad at the pool until 11am?!!? We went down at 9 this morning with our toddler and yea.... We weren't the only ones. Kids get up EARLY, 11 is totally unreasonable to me, he is already napping by then.

We definitely used it before 11 last month. Were those hours posted? I wonder if they had an issue or if someone forgot to turn it on?

The CM we asked at 9:30 said 10. Then the lifeguards arrived and turned on the pool jets and slide but not the pad. When asked they said 11. The started up like 1 pump for us at 10:30 but it was super weak and pretty lame. It just royally annoyed me. My grand plan of wearing out my kid every morning has been ruined!

Posted hours only said pool area opens at 7am!

May be a energy cut back. Many have reported that pumps are turned off across property. I remember one year Disney lowered the pool temps to save energy.

I think I remember that being explained as a "green" initiative, it had nothing to do with cost saving of course.
