My non-Disney DH is starting to be "converted"

We just got back from our 10 night WDW trip a few weeks ago and I have to say that during that trip I did start seeing signs of my DH starting to become one of us. This trip he was Mr. Disney Tour Guide and loved eating at the Disney restaurants rather than wanting to eat off property, but a few days ago he told me that we may be going back to Disney in Feb. because he is a sports official and has a tournament in Kissimmee in Feb. I was expecting that he would say we would be staying elsewhere, but he suggested that since we didn't stay at BWI last trip, maybe we could stay there in Feb for a few days. He admitted that he thinks Disney offers the most value and the most cleanliness and that he wouldn't mind a trip back instead of staying in Kissimmee. I said "will this replace our annual summer trip?" and he said no! So, hopefully we will find some good room only discounts for Feb. It will be hard for me to do a 5 night trip after being used to 8-10 nights but since it is extra, I won't complain

My DH was the same way. The first time we went was back in 98 w/ my whole family. He was excited but had no idea of what it was really like.

He walked down Main Street the first time and was smiling, by our second day at the MK he was literaly skipping down Main Street singing along with the music!!!!! It was the funniest and sweetest thing I have ever seen him do!! and will remember it forever!

He is now so addicted that we have been back 3 times since and in 6 days I am meeting him in FL for his R&R from Military Deployment. I asked him 5 months ago when he left what he wanted to do when he got R&R and he said "Go to Disney"!! We are staying at the POLY and can't wait!!!

Isn't it fun converting someone into a mouse lover?

When we were planning our 2nd WDW trip w/our then-4yo DD a few years back, DH said he was going to be the ahead of DD and I to hug the first 'character' we saw! It's wonderful to have 'big kid' along to share WDW!
