This is my first time on this board. My new years resolution is to eat healthier. Does anyone have any tips on snacks? Thats my killer. I love to snack on stuff. Thanks and I hope everyone reaches their goals! :)

Welcome to WISH!

Some things I like for snacks are almonds, diet jello with whipped ceam, string cheese, berries when I can get them, cut up veggies...

Anyone else?

I would recomend celery and carrot sticks, or other vegetables, as well as fruit--basically eat the main food groups from fresh foodand try to avoid processed foods. Good luck and Happy New Year!

:welcome: to WISH! You have come to the right place for ideas and tips.

Some of my favorite healthy snack foods are: Kozy Shack sugar-free tapioca pudding (they also make rice pudding), both are under 100 calories. 100 calorie popcorn bags, celery with salsa, most any kind of veggies, WW veggie soup, WW 1-Pt candy treats, F/F chocolate pudding, water crackers with laughing cow cheese and whole wheat pretzels.

I, too, love sugar free jello.

Coffee with sugar free creamer keeps me full.

Grapefruit

Boiled Eggs

Cheese stick and v-8 juice

air popped corn

oddly enough...I could live on squash and do snack on it.

Instant oatmeal packets....very filling

Pickles

Rice

Rice Cakes

sugar free pudding

I try (that operative word try- doesn't always work), but I try to keep my snacks for filling nutritional requirements.

Nuts, yogurt, string cheese, etc.

I also have a small amount of dark 88% cocoa chocolate every night.
