My new weight loss weapon!

for all of us who have a hard time getting our water I have a new weapon! I bought one of those freezer mugs at the dollar store. You know the kind that have liquid in the liner of the cup and you freeze it?
well it works wonders! It keeps my water cold for a long time ( and Crystal light without watering it down) and it makes me want to drink more

I'll have to try it... it is so hard getting all my water in.

I know I have posted this before but this is what works for me:
Every morning I bottle up 6 24 oz Sports bottles of water.
I line them up next tot he sink because, I am always doing dishes!lol
Also, this is where I prepared food. So I drank one before and one after my meals. (that seriuosly fills you up, no joke!)
The sport bottle is important to me, it is very easy to drink water fast this way.
