My new TS Restaraunt wish for American Adventure.

would be to have something featuring Various Regional fares. It would either have lunch offering certain areas and dinner the others, or each day would rotate what's offered. I would call it Taste of America. It would include New York/Chicago style Pizza, Buffalo Burgers(Dakota's/Colorado), Bratwurst(Wisconsin), Pa Dutch offerings(Filling,Shoe-fly pie), Lousiiana Cajan and Creole foods. memphis style Ribs, Southern Fried Chicken, Maine Lobsters, .Maryland Crab cakes, Buffalo Wings, northwest Salmon/Fish, California Sushi, Pittsburgh Burgers, Philly cheese Steaks. Any other food(s) you would want to see.

We were just discussing this in my house recently. We were trying to decide where to eat on the next trip, and this came up.

There are so many great foods that could be served, and it would be a welcome addition.

I agree- great idea. We always end up eating burgers & hotdogs here once a trip, but it's never satisfying and doesn't live up to the experience in other parts of the world showcase. It would be great ot have something that represents the US better than a cafeteria/fast food place.

BTW- and off the subject (sorry)- has anyone noticed that they changed the movie at the end of the American Adeventure show. I loved that show so much, but when they added some new things to update the movie (9/11- I know they had to) they took out some of my favorite, tear-jerking stuff (like the 84-I think it was 84- Olymipic Hockey team).

.....and Yuk again. Can you tell I am not a fan of Skyline? I have a good friend who loves it, but I do not like the hint of cinnamon and the sweet nature of the chili. I am more of a fan of Texas style chili.

As for the idea for a restaurant with an American regional cuisine I would support a restaurant of this nature. Matter of fact, I have the perfect restaurant to go into this location with a menu to fit this concept:

If we can't get Disney to add a TS to the American Pavillion, perhaps they could be persuaded to at least "refurb" the existing CS menu, to offer something like the below:
