My new Disney tattoo!

I just got this one tonight! I had actually gone in with a DISign that wendypooh made for me (which I ADORED and really wanted), but the artist wasn't able to do it on the area of my foot that I wanted it done, as I needed to keep it covered with ballet flats or other shoes, and he was really honest and nice and just said he couldn't do it.. and I really wanted it on my foot.. so we came up with this design instead, which kept a lot of the integrity of the design and was exactly what I wanted in the end.. which made me very very happy!

Anyways, I'm tired and it's time for bed.. had a painful day at the tattoo parlor!

Did that area hurt when you got it done? I've always wanted a tattoo but would need to get it on an area that can be covered up.

Been lurking the Disney tattoo threads for my next tattoo. Loved it! Can you be more specific where on your foot you placed this? My only tattoo I have is on top of my right foot.

Thanks! It REALLY hurt. I have two other tattoos.. one on my chest and the other on my upper arm, and compared to this one, the other two were like getting a massage! I was very embarrassed, I was squealing and screaming! It was very sad.. but I went to a new shop that I hadn't been to, and the artist was AWESOME.

And the location on my foot that I got it was on the right edge of my right foot. It can be covered by my Tom's or some of my ballet flats. Also, I can wear black Peds if I need to, that will easily keep it covered. It was incredibly painful, but SO worth it!

Thank you! How long was your's swollen for? Mine is a bit swollen, and definitely sore. I started putting lotion on it today, but yesterday and the night I got it, I washed it several times with an unscented bar of soap. I hope the soreness goes away soon.. it hurts!

Oooooh! I like it! I have a Mickey on the top of my foot too, and now I'm thinking I need to add some Disney font to it!! The theme of my wedding was "Wishes," based on the fireworks show...so maybe I'll get Wishes written near it!

Oh and that was my 4th tattoo and it hurt more than any of the others!

Edit to add picture! If I'm going to add a word, it would have to be outside of the Reefs tan line!

Thank you! How long was your's swollen for? Mine is a bit swollen, and definitely sore. I started putting lotion on it today, but yesterday and the night I got it, I washed it several times with an unscented bar of soap. I hope the soreness goes away soon.. it hurts!

um it was a good week being swollen the pain stopped half way through the healing. but it is so worth it!!!

I really want to get the same type of thing on the other foot, except with a bow on the Mickey head for Minnie, and the word "Believe" rather than dream! DH says no more tattoos for me, but he said the same thing after my first.. so he may just have to deal with it!
