My MNSSHP Character Strategy Is It Doable?

This is my first MNSSHP, and what I'm interested in is character meets, so here's what I'm planning on:

-Get in line for the Dwarfs at 5:30, no later than 5:45.
-After that head over to Adventureland and get Aladdin & Abu then whichever Tarzan characters are out.
-Phineas & Ferb
-Head over to the first Villains Mix And Mingle and get Maleficent & Frollo
-Tiana & Naveen
-Duffy
-Head back to Main Street get Mickey & Minnie
-Go back to Adventureland and try for Jasmine & Genie and the other Tarzan character I missed the first time.
-If the 1st parade has started try to get the Princes & Princesses in TST (I heard it's best to get them during the parades)
-After that go to Fantasyland and get Aurora & Phillip
-Donald & Daisy
-Pooh & Friends
-Alice & Mad Hatter
-Do another Villains Mix & Mingle and get Hook & Evil Queen (Possibly Queen Of Hearts)
-Go to the hub and get Gaston, Jafar & Lotso (Met the Tremaines back in March, so I don't need to get them again,)
-Head back to Fantasyland and get Merida
-As I want Pluto I'll head to Stitch's Dance Party to try and get everyone there.
-Then one last Mix & Mingle to get Cruella & Dr. Facilier (Queen Of Hearts if unsuccessful the previous time)
-After that I'll be done, and then ride rides, and eat. I may miss the 2nd parade & HalloWishes, but that's OK I don't mind.

Is this doable or will I need to tweak it a bit?

It does sound doable but I don't think you will have much time left over for rides ect. You'll save alot of time pre party by lining up for the dwarfs which is good.

Tiana and Naveen meet in their regular outfits so you could skip them if you needed to cut something. I beleive Merida also meets in her regular outfit so if you can get them at another time, they would be the ones I would recommend skipping to give you a little more time.

That sounds very, very ambitious to me. I don't think it possible to meet that many characters in one night.

I agree. You would have to luck into a very slow party night for that to work. I'd encourage you to stay flexible and prioritize. But with missing the parade and fireworks, you might come close.

Will you not be at the MK on another day? Tiana should be with Naveen after the 3 PM parade. Maybe try to catch them when you get in at 4?

Still gonna be challenging though.

Are you aware of Phineas and Ferb's location? I noticed you'll be at Adventureland, then walking down main street for the boys, then back up for VMM, then back down for Mickey/Minnie. I would rework that order.

In order to line up for characters, I recommend getting to VMM at least 10 minutes before the show so make sure you give yourself enough time to get up there.

Character change outs happen typically at the top and bottom of each hour. So if you hit aladdin/tarzan characters between 7-7:30, then when you go back you should target :30-:00.

Duffy will be the same outfit at Epcot, so I wouldn't stress about him.

You can meet these characters PRIOR to 7, so I recommend starting your character lines at 4 to knock some out:
Tiana/Naveen
Merida
Buzz Lightyear

If you are going to DHS at all on your trip you can skip P & F at MNSSHP. If you must see them, they aren't a high priority and it looks like you can meet them at whatever time fits best. Try to see Tiana/Naveen and Merida between 4-7 if you aren't at MK for the day. Nothing unusual about their MNSSHP meets vs. their usual. That will free you up for the other characters.

Keep in mind the basic things that might hang you up, like for example Adventureland to TST during the parade. It's going to be *packed* with people, and I'm not sure it will be that easy to cross Main Street if they've got it closed off for the parade.

from 7:00 party kickoff to 7:45 when the first M&M starts. Not happening. That's like 10 minutes per character line, with zero time for walking, and a route from Splash to Adventureland to front gates back to the castle.

-Go back to Adventureland and try for Jasmine & Genie and the other Tarzan character I missed the first time

from about 8:00 when the first M&M ends (and remember! OP wants to meet 2 characters after the show!) to 8:15 when the first parade starts. Not unless time travel has recently been invented.

Sorry, OP, but the more I look at this plan, the less plausible it gets. You'd probably need two full parties to see this many characters. You're going to need to cut waaaaaay back. Cut everyone that you can meet during regular park hours or elsewhere on property.

I'm only going to be there that night. I did forget to mention that and I will be there with my sister on 10/8. I would like to meet every character I listed, but also I do know it may not be possible. For sure I'm getting in line for the Dwarfs at 5:30. I don't mind doing a lot of exercising. I am an exercising buff.

If you can get two-thirds of your list I would still be impressed--half is more likely. Prioritize your must-dos and let the rest fall where they may.

For Villains Mix & Mingle specifically, you have two characters listed after each one. Granted I was at a sold-out party when I did this, but getting more than one after a VM&M in my experience is difficult.

Yes...that's where I was going with that. I think from 7-8:15 you would do god to get the dwarfs (if you lined up an hour+ early), then the Aladdin & Tarzan lines then head to watch the Villains show. That alone will eat 1 hour and 15 minutes, so forget P&F (they're so far away too). After the show you can get Maleficent if you're strategically staked out in her spot...after that look for Frollo wandering. Forget Tiana, Naveen & Duffy...they can all be done at non party times. This would be your chance to go see Mickey, and by now people will be staking out the parade so you might be able to get in the princess line after meeting the mouse. You still might spend an hour doing that though.
After that you can head back to Adventureland to try for the other character rotation but you might also totally miss the second parade and fireworks doing this. You may very well have 1-2 hours left in the night...maximum that time wisely....there is just no way all to do all that in one night.

Oh for those of you who have been this year. How does the Lotso/Jafar meet work as in who comes out each half hour, so like is :00-:30 Lotso and :30-:00 Jafar or vice-versa?

I've thought a little more of my exact schedule. Thanks for all the advice/constructive criticism it has helped me rethink my schedule.

I will hope to get Tiana & Naveen when I first get there at 4 to get the 5:00 meet. When should I get in that line? Around 4:45?

What isn't changing is the 7 Dwarfs meet.

I'm getting in their line at 5:30 no later than 5:45.

Depending on if they come out early or not which I've heard they do sometimes will affect the rest of the night.

So at around 7:05 I plan on heading over to Adventureland and getting the 1st batch of Tarzan characters (I've heard Jane & Terk is the first set)

If I have some spare time after I'll get Gaston if not I''l head over to the castle for the first Mix & Mingle. I want to get to the first Mix & Mingle at 7:35 to get near the front of Maleficent's area. When the show's over I plan to get her & Frollo who wanders the area. I should be done with that by 8:05?

I will then skip the 1st parade and stay in Fantasyland for a bit, so I'll get Aurora & Phillip, Pooh & Friends & Alice & Mad Hatter. I'm going to skip the 2nd Mix & Mingle. Pooh's line is the longest of these 3, so I plan to make the 8:30 meet, so I might get done by 8:50, so I'll get Alice & hatter afterwards then head back to Donald & Daisy. I may get done by 9:15 there, so what I will do then is get Suzy & Perla if they're out if not oh well.

Then I shall head back to Adventureland to see if Tarzan himself is out. If he is about to come out I'll get in line. I'll then head over to Aladdin's area, and get whoever is out in that area. then head back to Main Street get Phineas & Ferb and then Mickey & Minnie. I want to get to the 3rd (my 2nd) Mix & Mingle at 9:55, and after that get Hook & Snow Queen.

After the next Mix & Mingle I am going to get whatever villain is out by Crystal Palace. Then right before the parade starts get Donald & Daisy if not I will watch the parade and then head back to them.

That's all I have so far, but I do want to get Aladdin & Abu as well, but not sure where to fit them in. Any more advice to help make this draft into the final checklist? I still have 24 more days until my party, so I still have plenty of time to make the final list.
