Just returned from using the Midway Park Saver lot, which we got with one day free (rate is $6.20 per day) via http://www.airportdiscountparking.com/
I was SO happy to find this lot, as I hate taking shuttle buses, and I prefer lots that are not officially associated with the airport (they're always so overpriced). It is located right near the Orange Line trains, so you can literally walk to the terminal. We took Pulaski...it is on 59th St., between Pulaski and Cicero. The attendant told us there are 1600 spots, and an internal bus circles the lot if you have to park in the back and don't want to walk to the front. We got a good parking spot, and I loved being able to just walk to the airport.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was very tight, with little manuevering room. I know that's a norm for the city, but now that I have an Aztek (yes, I admit to driving an Aztek), I'm still getting used to parking and handling a larger vehicle. It can also be a bit frightening crossing the street, but I prefer that to the shuttle bus mess.
If you are going to be flying from Midway, definitely check them out. Be sure to get your coupon from the discount parking website first. And one caution: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, so you must use cash.
