My ME booking experience

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share my experience in booking. This is all so new and we all have so many different questions and concerns. I originally booked this service for myself for my solo trip May 09-23 but asked when I booked about whether my friend who might be joining me for part of my stay could use it too although she would be arriving on a different day. I was told of course she could, just call and give her arrival day and name, address and flight numbers when it was confirmed. Well I called back yesterday and it took 40 minutes for them to figure it out. Yes she can use the service, but because she is arriving on a different day and the resort is booked in my name they will only send the info and tags to me, they will not send them to her. Not a really big deal except she lives in another city so I hope I get them in time to forward them to her. This has made me a little uneasy I am really excited to be using this new service ( I have always taken a towncar up until now) but wish my trip was in June I'll give you all a report when I get back
