I made it through the February challenge of going to the gym/bike/ treadmill for one month. I am not a runner but March I am going to start the: couch to 5K run. A coworker at work is on the same week with me so we can encourage each other. Last week was the first week, gads I was sore Monday. On my non run days I am going to challenge myself to ride my bike. And all day do ab exercises. I am going to go check out the other threads for a yoga DVD recommendation. Goal lose some weight/ tone up before June trip.
