my little pony @ DTD

Hi all!!

I am looking for info on the my little pony station at the toy shop in DTD.......my lil girl LOVES ponies!

I cant seem to find a previous thread.

Anyone with any info/tips I would so appreciate it, as we only have a few hours to tour DTD for our November trip

I just did this with DD5 (then 4) in July and it was a big hit. We were able to get everything in the box and even several doubles of things that she liked. We only chose one pony because she has others of different colors than the one she got. I don't remember the exact price but I know that the total was right under $20. The girl working there told us to put the bed upside down in the bottom of the box, put the pony in the bed and start stuffing everything else around that. It was amazing all of the things that we brought home. The box has to close but not well. It was so much fun.

DD4 and DD6 did this last summer at the DTD location Once Upon a Toy.
They still play with them!

This is a close up photo of the box used at the time to fill. It's a good idea to go around to the bins and grab everything you want and then have a seat on the floor and repack everything.

I emptied out the 2 boxes we filled and took a photo of everything we crammed into the boxes!

Last summer it was $18 to fill the box:

Okay - this is soooo much fun to do!! I got DH involved, and he was determined to STUFF THAT BOX!!!

Bring a pony from home if you can - saves some space - or just get 1 special one.....make sure you get several sets of the clothing, as they scrunch up really small, and when you get home the other ponies would be jealous!! Plus, those pieces are so small we lose them!!! Remember to put things inside other things - to maximize packing!! dont hesitate to collect the things you want and then go and work on packing the box - put the must haves in first then work around them with your add ons - clothing really takes very little space as its usually a hat and tutu/skirt/cape type thing...

The Potatoe head is fun too -that was a whole nother adventure!!!!
