It's my left leg, on the inside part by the knee. Just below and just above the knee. It started yesterday, even woke me up a couple of times during the night when I'd be turning over. Hurts again this morning. Hurts to walk, hurts to stretch it out. It feels "bruised" but there's no brusing on the outside. I have no idea WHAT it could be. DH mentioned gout, our former pastor had that a couple times but I really don't know what it is, does anyone know? I just want it to stop hurting!!

Is it worse after not moving it for a while? or is it as bad all the time?

Mm, I guess I don't really know how to answer that as it just started yesterday. But maybe I'd lean more towards it hurting more after sitting awhile and then walking. It even hurts to touch the area, even though the area doesn't look like it's bruised or anything. It's weird. :(

Gout is usually limited to the heel and toe of the foot, so I doubt it is that. If it doesn't go away in a day or two, go see your Dr. You may have twisted something without realizing it.

It could quite possibly be a blood clot. Have you been doing anything that would cause your leg to be in the same position for a few hours or anything? If your symptoms persist very long I would call my doctor and see if he thought it was something that I should come in for or not.
