My Le Cellier Disaster!

I loved the Cheddar Soup in Le Cellier so much that i decided to make it for my fiances parents on their first visit to our home. It took me about two hours - this was for the starter of the meal and they wound up almost dying of starvation! The soup was beautiful - but, be careful - before trying to recreate some of these disney favourites - check the instructions of the recipe.

Can you tell me what recipe you used?

There are a few different ones out there and I wanted to make this on Saturday for our dinner guests and not sure which recipe I should try.
