Hi all,
I have been doing the FIRM for a few weeks (3 times a week) and WATP's 3 or 4 mile with weights (4 times a week). Sunday was my rest day, and I did the 4 mile WATP's on Saturday. Yesterday my knee was fine. Today my knee is a little sore. Not the top/front of the knee, but on the inside (where the two legs touch). Its not really painful, just a little sore once in a while when I bend. It doesn't hurt all the time.
I don't know what to do now. Do I rest, or is working out better so that it gets stretched? Tonight would be my FIRM night, I could either do that, or just do WATP's. I don't know why its a little sore since I haven't exercised since Saturday early afternoon. It really doesn't hurt real bad, but I want to do what's best for my knee. I have really started looking forward to exercising though! (Strange, I thought I would NEVER say that)!
