WOW!! I've paid at least $3 for those things last year at Staples. I found them over by the office supply aisle. HTH others who need them.
 
Great price! Be careful with those though. Many of the textbooks are oversized and the book socks ruin the bindings.

Yes, please look for the larger size if you are going to get them. The regular sized ones do not fit on many textbooks. I've had to send some of them home because kids try to get them on the book and then the cover doesn't close because they are so tight.
 
what happpened to making your book cover from a paper bag mom brought home from the grocery store????:confused3
 

so true about the paper bag! That's what I've been telling DD and DH did make her a few paper covers last year. This year however, her school supply list has 2 book sox on it:headache: Think I will email the teacher and request to use the paper ones.
 
Last year we made my daughters' book cover with a hollister bag - big hit!
 
I always tell the kids to use paper bags or wrapping paper. One girl used fabric.
