My Kitty died Saturday

I was in his shoes just a few months ago. My 19 years cat that I was extremely close to and had since I was 3, died peacefully in her sleep and even though I knew it was coming, I still took it really hard. Had to take the day off work, stayed in bed and cried all day. It was a good 2 weeks before I could talk about it and another two weeks before I could look at her picture or see where she was buried. But I promise, it does get easier as time goes on.

I even decided to adopt another cat from a rescue center and that's definetly helped to ease my pain too.

I'm so very, very sorry. Losing those furry ones is TOUGH.

There's a book called Cat Heaven (I have the Dog Heaven version) that's pretty cute and helped us all (especially me!) when our dogs died.
