Hi from Paris. Is there still a Sears outlet store in Kitchener? Any good? What other stores near by? We were at the one in Dixie mall a couple of weeks ago and I am upset that I didn't pick up a pair window coverings I saw. What are the directions. We would be coming in from Fairview mall way.

Sorry but the Sears Outlet store in downtown Kitchener closed around June last year. I am not aware of another one being opened locally. Maybe if you called Sears they might be able to let you know of any other outlet locations.

If you don't mind a slightly longer drive, there's a Sears Outlet in London at the corner of Oxford and Wonderland. Used to be the old K-Mart store. Just as scummy in its current incarnation as it was then.

Not exactly a well designed or ambient store, but great deals none the less. We were there Sunday, and picked up three winter coats; for myself, DW and DD. The three coats regularly cost $475 @ Sears, but were bought for $175 at the outlet.
