My kids got choosen to "open" Chef Mickey's

We had a ressie for 5:15 on Oct 1st. Got here about 4:50 and went up to the podium to check in. The host asked "is everyone here? Please bring everyone forward." They brought us into the restaurant which was empty except for servers and other employees. It seemed really weird as other hostesses were asking us why we were standing there. They were all whispering to each other. A photopass photographer asked the adults to move over and she whispered to me that something special was about to happen. She said "your kids are going to open the restaurant" Well lets just say that tink gave my boys lots of pixie dust. They opened the velvet ropes and had a private photo session with Mickey. They signed Mickey's book. The photographer got the most amazing pictures. They also gave me a 20% off discount for photopass. I got home an bought the photopass cd. ($119) What a magical experience. My boys are 6 and 3. It was the little guys 1st trip. We will never forget it.
