My kids are having their first "playdate"...

...and I'm trying REALLLLLY hard not to be an interfering mom....

It's with a little boy from down the street, that my children absolutley worship...

They're not very happy with him right at this moment...
he's taken their books off their bookshelf, wrecked the "perfectly arranged" dinkie car line-up, and right now I can hear them saying"That's not very funny..."



So far, pretty typical!...and I think they want him to go home..

Ooops, now he's after their very sedate cat!

But they're coping...so far, no tears.

I'm just happy they are doing ok with him

Oh I know what you mean. This year my DS hero worships the boy next door and he has some "issues" but the social aspect far outways anything. Good luck! (PS when DS gets "mad" he quotes lines from Mulan!)
