I was sleeping with my 4 yr old last night (it's a weekend treat) while my husband slept with our 7 yr old.

Today my husband said to me "so DD tells me you kept her awake all night talking about Disney". :rotfl2: Oh, uh, ah, ummm, who we talkin' about? We were, it's true. I am ashamed. I'm a terrible mother. I kept her awake (not really ALL night) talking about our last trip and what she liked the best and what were her favourites rides, food and things to do. In my defence she loved it and asked me just as many questions. Truth be told it's a game we play all the time. It's almost all Disney all the time in our house :).

We're going again this May but have yet to tell the kids. They think it'll be next year before we can go again, b/c we always talk about going again. DD4 is very stressed that'll she be too old to go to the "Winnie the Pooh Park" (new 100 Woods toddler play area in MK). I'm so excited so I talk about it way too much but that isn't even unusual for us. Just not sure when we will official tell them we're going soon!

Awww... that sounds like so much fun! And it brings back a lot of memories from when my kids were little. We used to "camp out" in the den on friday or saturday night and I remember one night we were doing this and watching the disney channel. This was back when the dc actually showed DISNEY programs so we were watching the old Mickey Mouse Club and then Vault Disney, with some old excerpts from early Wonderful World of Disney. We watched till about 1 am and then lay awake for another hour or so playing our own made up version of Disney trivia. Both kids still remember that and talk about it so I guess it was as special for them as it was me.
Enjoy these times... They grow up so fast!

You sound just like me!! On Saturday nights the Dd's (3 and 6) and me have a girls sleepover night, camp out in the basment and watch the Disney planning video until we fall asleep! Thanks for letting me know I am not the only mom just as excited as the kids about the trip!

Have a fantastic trip in May. I know I will.

every sunday morning while we eat breakfast we play the "guess this ride" game, someone gives a hint about a ride in wdw and we have to guess which on it is. today my ds5 asked which ride has a yeti?

My wife and I talk about anything and everything Disney at least 100 times a day. This ranges from movies, parks and upcoming trips. ::yes:: We even have our DD5 part of this sickness. Thats what people tell us! I say they are jealous because they just do not understand how special WDW is!! :thumbsup2

My DD6 princess: loves  talking Disney with me or anyone that will listen. My DH just looks at me and laughs. I tell him the transformation is almost complete :cool1: The funny thing is that HIS transformation is almost complete too :rotfl:
She did say to me one day that she rather be in Disney than at home. I hear you there!! :mickeyjum

guilty!!
I do it too. My husband teases me, but he's just as guilty. He does it too! When we're driving in the car, he and my middle daughter make up a game and ask Disney related questions, like...name four Disney dogs, etc. We're a Disney addicted family too. :wizard:
Like someone else said, they'll be grown up and gone before we know it!! At least we'll have good memories to look back on. :goodvibes
