My husband, the resort snob!

Well I have to cancel my trip for Nov. DH said he can't take off anymore this year. Then he said "the All Stars!!" I'm not staying there! He is a total resort snob!!(I was planning a budget trip just to suprise our DD for a second trip this year) Now he wants me to change my suprise trip(for our 4yo)to her birthday in Jan. He will only stay in a deluxe resort preferably GF!! Wait, should I be complaining, I don't think so!! I think I should start to appreciate my resort snob of a husband! Anyway, we will be buying AP's again for this and another trip in Oct. What are my chances for a good AP or code rate and when should they be out? Should I just make my ressies and then call when the discounts are available? Or, should I wait b/c it is a slow time so things won't book up fast?

Oh lucky you!!! Don't complain.... if he is willing to put you up in style...go for it!

The Grand will be a very nice place to stay in January, as you will be so close to the MK... and if it is for your DD's birthday, she will appreciate that!

I would go ahead and make the ressies, and then when the codes/ AP rates come out, change them to reflect those prices.

if waiting 2 months makes the difference between the AllStars and the GF.... uhhhh, I'd wait the 2 months!

my dh said the same thing to me when I suggested we go for an inexpensive whirl at WDW! these guys are just spoiled

you will probably be able to get a great rate in January! being value season, the discounts are usually the best.
