Lemme just say the goat cheese polenta was like crack on a plate. I could've eaten a whole bowl of it. I tried to make it last night and got pretty close, but it wasn't quite as good. I'll have to tweak it a bit.

I definitely will. I bought enough goat cheese and corn meal that'll last a few decades.
As of now I'm pretty sure they use a mixture of both chicken broth and milk instead of just simmering it in water.

I'll keep you posted.
