My Good News!

Hi everyone,

Well, I have to share this with my DIS board friends. My daughter got engaged over Thanksgiving and the wedding is going to be 12/29/07. I'm going to be a MIL They've been talking about getting married for a while but it wasn't official until Saturday. We all like her fiance, thank goodness! The ring is beautiful (even though I only saw a picture) and it's a family heirloom. My dd wanted an antique ring so she's thrilled about it. My e-mail account is filling up with links to wedding dresses, caterers, and locations for the wedding and we're going to go dress shopping when she's home at Christmas.

Anyway - I'm really excited!

Thanks everyone! We're going to look for a wedding gown on 12/27 - during her two day Christmas visit. I get teary-eyed thinking about it!

I'm planning on it. The one place we have an appointment for doesn't allow you to take pictures but the other does.

I also want pictures for the scrapbook that I plan on making of this process! Maybe for their 10th anniversary
