My good friend is now a millionaire

Yep. She sold 7 townhouse units at a tidy profit. The real estate market is crazy hot right now. She didn't have to tell me she's a millionaire, it's pretty easy to figure out.

I am happy for her, really! It feels strange. I guess capital gains tax is going to set her back, a bit. And, now she can't take a salary for being the manager so her husband's taxes will increase.

All the more reason to be her friend I'm just kidding, my friends don't have money like I do, and they get all jealous and akwars. Lol.
