My girls start school today

Mr little girl started her first day at infant school today and had to leave her there crying

When my girls started school (they're 21 and 18 now ), it was me doing the crying. I'm sure you were the same Charlotte D.

The girls want like me for this, but they look so much younger in their school uniforms. ( i wonder if to would work for Theresa )

I hope they enjoyed their new school and I bet Daniel missed them.

Thanks all. I think they had a good day (you never can tell with kids). Rea, particularly, seems to have made a couple of friends. Unfortunately, we had a sad day yesterday as one of my Dad's dogs had to be put down I was at the vets with my Dad and Step-Mum yesterday afternoon and so I wasn't feeling particularly happy when I collected them from school.

However, both girls were 'full of it' last night and Sian even seemed keen to go to bed on time so they obviously did something to wear them out As it's a language college, Rea is now learning German for the first time so she is a bit behind the rest of the kids, who obviously started it last year. Means a bit of extra work but we'll manage that no problem.

Apart from that, I think they will be just fine there and I really hope they settle and make new friends quickly
