My Florida Xmas Pressie!

I woke on Xmas morning,to a box when opened was an envelope, inside this envelope was an invoice from Virgin!! for a 4week holiday starting on the 20th June 04!!! Looks like Im going to see mickey and minnie again then very soon!
DD is so excited! and DP is sat there smugly! he kept this from me for a month! its a fantastic present!

We are staying at the QII (Quality Inn International) for 2weeks, then onto (this is for DD she has no idea) The All Stars Movie Resort for 2weeks

I'm Excited! All Xmas morning all i could do was cry/laugh/scream/hug DP!!!! Woooohhhoooo!!

Now with the planning!!!!

Also we are now members of the "Frequent Flyers Club" LOL!! that sounds good!!

What a lovely surprise - congratulations.

I did exactly the same for my DD16 - not to Disney - but to Canada to see her very best friend who emigrated there in June of this year - she flys out, by herself, on June 26th 2004

Wow Beth, what a fantastic present.

Last year we arranged a trip to WDW for our entire family (all 16 of them!) and gave the 8 children rucksacks to unwrap on Christmas morning. Inside the rucksacks were itinerarys and brochures of all the things we had planned for the holiday in February. They were beside themselves with excitiement. As were we.... we had kept it a secret from them since April!!!!

I hope you all have a fabulous 4 weeks in June.

We went to 1900 Park Fayre this year for the buffet breakfast - superb. It was such a great morning - we were staying at the Poly so just hopped on the monorail over to the Grand Floridian (I can say I've been there now ) - fabulous.

The breakfast itself was the best. Particularly for DD Katie (10) - Eeyore was there - her beloved Eeyore. As well as Winnie, Minnie Mouse and a rather ridiculous Mad Hatter. The food was excellent, the servers great and the characters marvellous.

Eeyore absolutely made Katie's holiday. He made such a fuss of her. Katie has a fluffy Eeyore backpack which the character Eeyore spied right away. He made Katie stand up and he tried to get on her back like the backpack - it was so funny. And everytime he went past he came over and gave Katie a great big hug.

Mary Poppins was out in the lobby - she didn't entertain in the dining hall She spent a long time talking with Katie after breakfast and we took some superb photos.

Highly recommend it, Beth.

Hi, I'd really recommend the Winnie the Pooh and friends breakfast or lunch at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom - it's so special! Hubby took me there for my 30th birthday lunch and we had such a wonderful time. I got a hug from all of them and they made a fuss of me as it was my birthday. It's such an experience, I'm sure your DD would love it. The food for the kids was nice - it was stuff like hot dogs, macaroni cheese, chicken nuggets etc. Hubby enjoyed the kiddie buffet more than the adult lol.

I can vouch that 4 weeks is a great length of time but I needed longer as I didn't even step foot on Universal just never had the time LOL
