My first trip report!

Hello everyone! I'm visiting SSR for the first time with my parents who bought DVC at the end of February. I'm so excited to finally be here. Mom and Dad have been talking about it non-stop, so I'm excited that we will all be experiencing the happiest place on earth together again.

We got in last night and went to Wetzel's Pretzels. That was the best pretzel I have ever had! We shopped in the most amazing store ever (I think it was called World of Disney) and then headed to Wal Mart for some essentials. (I have to have milk for my daily Fruity Pebbles!) I will post pictures of me and my friend Koala later! Since this is our first trip as a DVC family I'll give a daily update! Ok, off to the parks. I'll let you know how much fun we had later!

Have a wonderful trip! We were at SSR in March and it was nice being able to walk over to DTD. We loved the Earl of Sandwich (the best PB & J we ever had in our lives!).

Hope you have a great time in the parks (well of course you will!).

We were at SSR in March as well, and you're right! Earl of Sandwich has the best sandwiches ever!!! We loved that place!

To the OP, have a wonderful time with your parents. That first trip as a DVC member is really special, and I know you guys will have a great time! Can't wait to read more on your trip report!!! Let us know where you end up eating and what you guys think!

Wow! It's hot today! Especially for a little red monkey! We wandered around SSR and ate lunch at the Artist's Pallet and then headed off to Animal Kingdom to see my fellow monkeys. It was a little crowded at first, but seemed to clear out after we got out of the Bug's Life show which was great btw. We're back at SSR, staying in the Grandstand. It's pretty quiet here and we don't mind being a little further from the center of everything. Off to the pool for bit and then to MK later. It's open until 2am today! (Way past my bed time, but hey, it's vacation!! ) I'll post some pictures of me and my friend Koala later!

Hi again! After some dinner and shopping we wandered around the resort again and took some pictures. One more post until I can post the link to my page, so I'll add another reply in a sec. My parents and I will be here until Saturday so check back and we'll keep posting my adventures! Off to MK for extra magic hours...I LOVE those!

Hmm...my favorite was Buzz Lightyear. Mom and Dad don't let me have toy guns so laser guns were even better! I think Mom and Dad liked the Laugh Floor the best. We also got to ride Winnie the Pooh. I love the part where you bounce! The last ride we went on was Space Mountain. We had fastpasses, but I wish they would have been fastpasses back to SSR because I HATE that ride! See, I get carried around in a backpack and that's ok when we're just walking around, but I thought Space Mountain would be like the Buzz Ride. WRONG!! I threw up a little because I had just eaten a huge Rice Krispie treat. (Good idea at the time.)

I did find where I want to live when my princess comes along.

We went to the Grandstand pool yesterday, but I had to sit on the side. (Have you ever smelled a wet monkey? Not good!) I had fun watching everyone splash around.

Today we are off to Epcot. I can't wait to go on the Figment ride!

It's a beautiful day today, sunny and 86 degrees. We're headed back to the Grandstand Pool, but thought I would post an update. We started out in Epcot and went on one of my favorite rides...Journey Into the Imagination. Everything was fine until I followed the bouncing Figment and gained unothorized access to central control. I got banned from the ride for the rest of today...just wait, I'll be back tomorrow! Then we went to lunch at Le Chefs de France. Mom and Dad got me an awesome grilled ham and cheese sandwich...the waiter called it something different, but I couldn't really understand him. He didn't look like he wanted to be working today. Maybe he misses his French girlfriend?? The chair performer outside must have been part monkey. He was very good at climbing and kept me entertained through lunch while M+D took forever to eat.

We got FP to Soarin for tonight right before close and saw bananas on Living With the Land. I tried to jump out of the boat to get one, but saw the sign that said I could get kicked out of Epcot entirely. With my earlier Figment experience I thought I shouldn't push my luck.

Off to the pool!
