I volunteered to be commissioner of the kindergarten boys soccer league. Tonight I got the 70 registrations and had to put them on 6 teams. But only 5 people asked to be head coach and 5 asked to be assistants.
So, I picked on assistant volunteer and asked him to upgrade to head coach. Sure!
In the teams without an assistant I went through and picked one to ask to be the asst. coach. Love to!
So less than two hours after the meeting, I have my teams set up and coaches as well.
And as another positive, the two boys who were on Ryan's YMCA team and hogged the ball are on another team entirely.
God is good all the time!
