What kind of restaurant are you looking to replace Fulton's with? Did you guys specifically want seafood? Does it matter where it is?

There are some openings at Fulton's Crab House for earlier in the evening!

That is our HS day, but we want to be sure to see the fireworks which is 8:30pm (I believe). So I want to make sure we have enough time to get where ever we are going to eat. It doesn't have to be seafood though.

If you don't mind eating earlier you could do a Fantasmic package where you get a meal in HS and then a ticket to the show. This would ensure you have a seat if you show up about 45 minutes before show time.

I saw they had openings for that at a few restaurants in HS under Fantasmic Package. I am using the new Disneyworld page so it may be under something different on your page.

Yes I believe you can use the dining plan for those. All three restaurants that do the Fantasmic Package are restaurants that accept the dining plan.
