My First Non-Disney FL Trip, TAMPA -HELP!

I just booked a flight to Tampa in May for my wife's friends wedding. This will be my first time EVER (in 20 some trips) to Florida without necessarily going to Disney. We only going to be there Sat & Sun, the wedding is Sat. night, we haven't ruled out driving to Orlando Sunday but I was wondering if anyone knew of any Disney Outlets or anything like that in the Tampa area.

I'd kind of like to see some other parts of the state, and can maybe just get my Disney fix in Tampa!?

I saw something on the internet called "Disney's Fact Wilderness" anyone know what that is!?!?

Any other Tampa tips for a couple away from the kids for the weekend!?!?

Well you could get your thrill rides AND your animal fix at Busch Gardens. Clearwater Beach is one of the nicest beaches in the US. I know it's not Disney, but I don't think you'll have trouble finding something to keep you busy.
