My First Manicure question

I was thinking about taking my 4 year old over to the GF for the "MY First Manicure". She is always asking me to take her to get her nails done. Since our trip is coming up, I thought it would be cute.

Has anyone ever done this? Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't done it at GF, but my dd has been begging to have a "real" manicure, so I finally gave in and took her last Saturday. The people at the salon were so excited to have a child (I was afraid they'd be less than thrilled ) and argued over who got to do her nails. I was pleased (and surprised!) that she sat so still for the whole thing. She thought it was so cool and "grown-up."

I'm sure the one at the GF would be even more fun than just what my dd had at a regular nail salon! My dd loved picking out her own polish and looked so big sitting there drying her nails I'm sure your dd will love it, and even if she's not normally a still patient child (are ANY kids like this? LOL) if she wants to do this, I'll bet she'll sit still for it and love every minute

(And yes, I tipped well )

They have a "My First Manicure"?!?! I need to know about this. I am mother of two wonderful DDs who would love something like this and the younger one is celebrating her 4th b-day during our next trip and doing something like this would be so cool. I would love any info you have. Thanks.
