Not really. You can't tell me that Target doesn't have employees who watch that blog and Target can quickly correct the price. In all likelihood it could be pricing to clear out older models to make way for new Christmas stock coming in. The worst pricing "oops" of Target was a few years ago when the Leapfrog Alphabet Caterpillar rung up at $0.69 thanks to price matching and a Target-only coupon.

I remember a few years ago when Target had a Britax Carseat (a $200+ item) for $40 or $60 online (I can't remember the exact numbers). When they caught the mistake they sent an email apologizing for their mistake and offered me a $20 gift card.
I was at Target last night, had the price marked to the sale price. (for anyone worried about stealing) They had a bunch. My daughter wanted Tink, but not enough to spend her own moneyALSO They had the game Apples to Apples on sale Disney addition for 19.94, I could not resist. We played it last night and had SO MUCH FUN!!!
