I just found your thread and I love your disigns. I am trying to learn how to do this art but am not having much luck. I can do the names but that is about it. practice makes perfect I guess. What font did you use for the prirate disign?

HI guys,
Im not gone, & I havet given up on these projects.
I enjoy doing them and have always enjoyed making graphics for different projects. Time just has not been available latly.
So, I plan to install Photoshop CS3 and my fonts/graphics on my laptop, so I can try to do some at work in my spare time also.
Beet reorganizing the computer room (Pirates of the Caribbean theme) and the closet, plus other household projects, and hanging with my twins.

Here is one I made for him last week to go with his new bed.

Can you tell me what font this is? I love the shape.

I also love the look of the letters. I am just learning Photoshop Elements, can you tell me what technique you use to make these look so shiney? I am hoping it is a filter, but I am betting it isn't something that simple.

I love the one From Post 38 the one with the grey around the letters! Could I get two sets with the following:

The Pooh Design w/ Mom, Dad, Allie, Nicholas (or Nick if Nicholas looks too busy)

The Fab 5 Design w/ Mom, Dad, Allie, Nicholas (same thing here): and if it's possible, I need the girls to have the Minnie with the bow on top somewhere and the boys to have the Goofy with the hat on top somewhere.

The DISNEY WORLD one where you did Disney in Fab 5 and the World in Pooh....could you do the whole thing in Pooh.


I had requested names earlier, but decided against that. I think the whole Disney World in the Pooh Characters would look so great!!

So What I plan on doing is putting up a video tutorial showing everyone step by step my method of making these names, Then maybe you can make them or another DISer will fill my shoes so you don't have to wait for me.
I will be back in action, I just can't say when.
