I don't normally use layouts but do go to twopeasinabucket.com for inspiration and other sites like it.
I have bought some downloadable kits but there is so much you can find for free on the internet. A lot of site will have a free section in their "store". A few that I have are shabby princess, shabby pickle designs, bon scrapatit designs, craft cave, those are just some I have in my bookmarks but I know I have used many more sites in the past.
In fact I had to buy an external hard drive just to put all of my "clipart" and such into.
Now I have just started to pull out my "real" scrapbooking stuff and am getting back into that (its been about 7 years) and I can't believe how expensive it all is.
Good luck with the digital scrapbooking, its so much easier to do over a mistake and is a lot less mess.
