I just arrived back from my WW meeting. I am down 6.6 pounds since 9/11/03.
It feels great to be able to get my first clippie!
I am walking 45 minutes 2-3x per week. I am also doing an easy 1 hour yoga class 1x per week.
Sticking to my WW faithfully! I even turned down a piece of a co-workers birthday cake on Tuesday. I actually had no problem saying "NO" even though I was offered a piece by many different people throughout the day.
I just started something new last night. I purchased the one a day Weight Smart vitamins and an extra 600 mg of Calcium to take daily. The vitamins are supposed to increase your metabolism, etc. I have also heard that women taking 1200 mg a day of Calcium burn fat up to 70% faster. We will see if the extra vitamins help speed things up.
