I think it looks great. Just a couple of questions...have you ever been to Biergarten? If you haven't I might suggest a different "last day" meal for you. You will find about a 50/50 split on opinions about Biergarten on these boards. I personally do not like it at all. I think you could pick a much better time and meal for your last day (LeCellier Teppanyaki if at Epcot). Just my .02.

All the other choices are AWESOME!! I especially like your choice for day 1 @ The Plaza...we love it there and it's a wonderful 1st meal @ MK. Have fun!!

I think your list looks great! And I'm on the other side of the 50/50 split for Biergarten. I really liked it a lot, although I went for dinner instead of lunch. I thought it was a very fun atmosphere, and I enjoyed the food a lot more than I thought I would.

I'm excited about all of them because they are all new to us except for Sci-Fi.
The Plaza looks and sounds good from all the reviews. I figure it's an easy night to start off with.
The last one was a hard one. We've been meaning to try Biergarten and never have. Last time were in Disney, Dh and I took a quick peek in the restaurant and food and wished we had gone. We're hoping it will remind us of Austria. We're flying out that day, so I figured we should fill up and enjoy the entertainment! I didn't want to pass it up again. We're staying on the boardwalk, so then I was torn and thought we should get one more in over there? decisions, decisions! I can never make one.

Looks good to me, though I've never eaten at Biergarten. We LOVE Le Cellier, so I would have to add that...Love that pretzel bread and cheese soup.

I'm so sad though, I have to lose Biergarten and Plaza. We just purchased our plane tickets. Apparantly, a lot of people are flying the same times and days we wanted, so we had to cut some time short.
Dh didn't want to add another day

We ate at Flying Fish in December for the first time and loved it. I had the Potato Crusted Red Snapper and it was fantastic. It was my favorite meal of the trip.

We LOVE 'Ohanas. It's great that you're trying both breakfast and dinner there. But... my suggestion would be to KEEP the Biergarten on your list. But do it for dinner not lunch. It's very heavy food. But... we thought it was pretty good. We enjoyed sitting and talking with strangers, at our table, and the music and dancing. The 3 kids, especially. Although, after one of those HUGE beers... I was out dancing too. Just a warning. We skipped it this last trip in Dec. and everyone was kinda sad about that. We're going back for sure in May '06. Have fun on your trip.

We're really looking forward to Flying Fish. I think I'll have to try that Snapper, everyone has been raving about it...yum!

I'm afraid we're going to regret missing Biergarten too. I'll have to fit it in somewhere. lol...we'll have to be careful with that beer!!
It's so frustrating, all that planning and we have to change it one more time!

I'm starting to think that's the bad side of 180 days, too much time in advance and then when you start making the rest of your plans, you have to call dining back to re do it all again!!!
