My Fantasmic Package Booking

I called to book and the CM said that we could not book until we got there so I told her what I had heard on the boards and asked her to look again and she hung up on me So I called back this CM new what I was talking about and booked this for me but said that drinks were extra at the resturant (H&V) and no sodas and popcorn at the show so we will try to go early in the week and cancell this before th 48 hours as suggested (The only reason I booked this is cause my DS would have been very dissapointed if he missed it).

The second CM did not have any info about the work going on at the AKL I asked about talking to someone in resort booking and she said that her computer would say the same as theirs.

That's for you retelling your experience. I can't believe someone actually hung up on you though!!!! (I guess even Disney has crabby telephone operators) I was all for this package at the beginning, but now it sounds less and less appealing. At first the free drinks & popcorn and a beverage included at the buffet made it still seem worthwhile.

Looks like I'll just be keeping my PS with HV and will wait in line for Fantasmic the old fashioned way....

If you can, never mention the Internet to CM's when booking anything. When they hear that word, they tend to just go into drone mode and assume anything you say is only rumors because it came from the Internet.

In the case of the Fantasmic dinners, just say a friend of yours told you or something.

Actually I just said that I heard the Info to the Cm but was saying this board is where I had heard about it in my post sorry about that I did not mean to mislead anyone.

I made a FDP at H&V but after thiking about it I might cancel and take my chance as well.
