I promised a report on Fl Tours when I returned from WDW for newarknut and here it it.
48 hours prior to our leaving I did get an email confirming my reservation with them including the request for a grocery stop.
Ricardo met us the JetBlue baggage claim area right on time. He was such a nice person; felt as if we had known him forever. He took us to Kash and Karry and we did some shopping. I did pay him for the return trip as well and received a receipt "card" with all the return information on it.
The day before our return, we received a phone call at the Boardwalk to confirm the pickup. Ricardo was there again right on time.
I will definately use Fl Tours again and I highly recommend this company to anyone out there considering them. It was the best way to start our vacation.
