My Experience APP not showing any ADR's?

Android App is not showing any of my ADR's. They do show up on the website albeit not completely correct (website is a disaster!). Any reason why no ADR's would show up on the phone app?

If on my phone under Don't see Your Reservation I enter the ADR # the app responds back that the ADR is already linked. Still, nothing is listed.

The app is even worse than the website.

First issue was the password on website did not work to log in on phone using same email address. Had to type it in all lowercase when on website it was not all lower. So I reset it. Can log in fine on website. Phone still shows no ADR's, no Family & Friends list, No magic bands on account. Shows nothing at all tied to my email. Website shows everything as it should. Anyone else have this experience?

Are you looking at the my plans tab or the dining specific tab? My dining ADR's don't show up all the time in the my plans tab the one that shows your fp and resort and such but if I go to dining they all show up.

On the Dining screen nothing shows up. If I click on Link Reservations on that screen and enter my ADR #'s it tells me the # is already linked to the Primary Guests account. I am the primary account and the only account! Logging in on the website with the same account shows everything.

I had something similar happen to me. I had to call the 1-800 number that appeared on the screen. If there is no number, I'd call tech services. I told the person I spoke to that it was like the website and app "weren't talking". It was an easy fix. I had two accounts; he deregistered one and then I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's worked ever since. Good luck!

That was it!! Somehow there was a ghost account with the same email address. Called Disney and they deleted the empty account and now everything shows up! Thanks!!
