Wanna help me decide if I should drop/change any of them? I've already changed them a few times and expect to change more over the next few months. This is what happens when I have too much lead-time -- I keep changing my mind
Here are some details about our trip:
*This will be my first trip in 4 years, and my boyfriend's first trip EVER!
*We are in our 30s, no kids.
*We love good food and good wine and beer. We both cook. I frequently take pics of our food when we go out to dinner -- even locally, not just on vacation
*Going during Food & Wine for the first time
*Never been to ANY of these restaurants (except for Crystal Palace, and that's not coming off the list. I gotta see my Eeyore
)
*We will be on the DDP for the first 4 nights, and the DxDP the last 2 nights.
So here's what I've got....
Day 1: Garden View Tea Room lunch (This is OOP)
Day 2: Les Chefs de France dinner
Day 3: Jiko dinner
Day 4: Le Cellier lunch
Coral Reef dinner (This is on the list because they have Rainbow Trout, which is BF's favorite fish)
Day 5: Via Napoli lunch
Crystal Palace dinner
Day 6: Boma breakfast
California Grill dinner
Day 7: Yak and Yeti lunch
So the first 4 nights we have a total of (8) TS credits, but I've got (10) booked. The last 2 nights, we get a total of (12), and I'm using (12), no worries there.
Ideally, I would've liked to move Le Cellier to Day 7 lunch (and just drop Y&Y), but it's not available. Maybe something will open up over the next 3 months. That would solve the one-too-many ADRs issue easily
We'll be at AKV, but I'm wait-listed at BLT and BWV for the last 2 nights -- so if either of those come through, Boma breakfast will get changed to something else... I guess Chef Mickey's if we get BLT. Is there a good breakfast buffet near BWV?
All opinions are welcomed! Thank you!
***Disclaimer: Not getting or getting a specific restaurant is not going to make or break my vacation. I am not over-thinking my trip, I'm not a park commando, etc. -- I just have fun planning things, and am happy to be going to my favorite place on Earth. Planning just makes me feel like my trip is getting closer even faster
