My emergency fund actually worked

Not a huge emergency but I will have to get my car fixed today. B/c I have the funds in my savings, I'm not worrying about it. A few years ago when I had a similar "emergency" for less money I was so upset about it for days b/c at that point I was trying unsucessfully to pay down my CCs.

I am so happy right now. Never thought I'd be this happy to spend money on my car!

Now just to replenish it quick. Thanks Dave Ramsey!

Isn't it a GREAT feeling knowing that emergency money is sitting there, and if something goes wrong, you can pay for it and still eat and have heat and light in the house? :

Same thing happened to us! We had it ready and needed it.
Great feeling to say here, have a check, instead of oh boy...here's the credit card!
