Not so much of a trip report, but just things that need to be reported to fellow DISers:

1. I've never heard people steals medication in my life. I guess I'm just being to naive thinking that people can't be THAT evil.

2. I did not asked to talk personally to the housekeeping manager, the manager actually called me and insist in talking to me directly and personally. However, he never showed up even though I have waited and postponed my schedule to go to the park because of his promise

3. I don't think I have a "high expectation" when I'm complaining about:

i. no soap whatsoever for 3 days in a row

ii. housekeeping left a bag of other people's trash in my room

iii. misbillings of (total) US$700 (three dollars here, five dollars there, double billed here, double billed there)

iv. ordering food and the food didn't come until almost 2 hours later because they literally forgot to cook them.

v. myself and approximately 30+ other guests were waiting for a transport to MK from ASMu from 5:00pm to 5:50pm (and we took turn reporting this anomaly to guest services at ASMu)

vi. at the end of my trip, ASMu suddenly added the difference of price between AP rate (which I prepaid on the first day I arrived there) and the regular rate and I have to argue with them even though I have the confirmation letter on WDW letterhead that I'm entitled for the AP discount rate... which in the end got straightened out, but not after spending another 40 minutes fighting with them.

vii. one of my PS (for ice cream social) disappeared.

viii. one set of MVMCP tickets for 12/2 were "voided" (not demagnetized). Wasted another 30 minutes lining up to get replacement tickets.

the list goes on.

It's not Disney that I need to take a break from, but its bad customer service.

You've never heard of people stealing medication? I think that is pretty common, especially from hotels. I did a quick google of it and I got over 119,000 hits. Most travel agents will advise you to lock your pills in the hotel safe.

Bummer you had such miserable luck.

Nope, never heard of it.

Travelled to numerous contries in Europe, parts of Asia, Australia, and parts of US and Canada all my life, stayed exclusively at hotels, never heard of it.

If I've never heard of it, obviously I can't find it on Google.

Have you heard of "YPAO"? I also it's pretty common, when I google it I got 19,200 hits. (just an example that if you never heard of it, you won't be able to find it... coz how can you find something if you don't even know it exists, right?)

Well no need for the attitude. Sarcasm to prove a point is so third grade.

And your sarcasm is pretty incoherent. I can tell it's there but I am still scratching my head trying to decipher it. You say you've never heard of people stealing medication. I said it is pretty common, and exclaimed that if you Google it you will get tonnes of news stories on Google. Then you tell me that it is impossible to search for something if you don't know what it is? What? What is the point of a search engine? Or a reference book? I just can't believe in this day and age that theft of medication (DRUGS) is an eye opener. Come on. I can accept that you may have never thought of it as an issue before, but to be suprised that it would happen? I just can't get my head around it.

To use some sarcasm of my own, that's like being shocked that people lie on job applications. Something I have never seen happen in my lifetime, or given much thought of, but if someone told me it happened, it would not shock me in the least.

So I'm not allowed to be shocked? I'm not allowed to not know about something? Before saying that my sarcasm is uncalled for, take a look at your own post and look at the tone yourself.

Your confusion of my lack of knowledge about "med theft in a hotel" is, I'm sure, like your lack of knowledge that more than 60% of DVDs sold in Canada is Widescreen.

It "shocks" me that you didn't know that.

enough with the threadcr@p, okay?

It's not a threadcrap when you discuss points in the thread. And you look the fool when you assume things about people. I happen to know the stats on DVD sales as well as anyone as it is a serious hobby of mine.

My post was perfectly polite, on topic and offered some insight. Your post was sarcastic and mean spirited. So who exactly crapped on the thread?

On topic, I am sorry you had such a bad time of it. I can't think of anything more frustrating than to lose vacation time due to conditions beyond your control.
