My Dumb Question- I am confused

On the Member website when it says March 2007 that is when you RECEIVE the points right?

And I figured it out, but for some reason it shows I have no March 2008 points. However, when I click on the detail (to figure out WHERE those points disappeared to, they are showing as not used. Hmmm.... Do you think I should call and try to get this fixed? I may have to just to make me feel good. The website lost 300 points! It shows only the NEW AKV points!)

I'm sure things are way crazy right now. And I think it is totally amazing that they are showing the AKV points for all you folks who bought today. My guess is that it will get cleared up once the dust settles, BUT....yeah, I would call. You need to make sure those points are safe and sound!
